Likusasa has a process driven approach to the implementation of health, safety, environment and quality at all levels. An integrated management system has been developed for health, safety, environmental and quality management in accordance with the ISO guidelines.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Every Likusasa manager, employee and contractor is unreservedly committed to achieving our ultimate Health and safety target of zero accidents and zero incidents.
Our safety management system has been prepared in accordance with OSHAS 18001:1999 further enhancing our commitment to zero incidents and zero accidents.
ENVIRONMENT
Likusasa operates in locations which present unique environmental challenges. Our commitment to continuous improvement establishes objectives for Likusasa employees to complete project activities whilst ensuring that the environment remains either enhanced or unchanged. Our management system incorporates environmental management and is compliant with the requirements of ISO 14001:2004.
QUALITY
Likusasa operates a four tier Quality Management System. We have standard policies, work instructions, procedures and checklists, and these are combined and customised in a Client and Project specific Project Quality Plan. Our quality system, including our policies and procedures are compliant with ISO 9001:2000.
